How to Lose Under Bra Bulges Fast at Home?

We know! One of the areas where our “extra” pounds are most reflected is the back specially, when we want to wear a sleeveless dress, a neckline or a swimsuit. However, unfortunately the “chubby” back , along with the thighs and abdomen, are one of the most common places to store fat.

So do you wanna know how to lose upper back fat? Don’t worry! you can lose that extra pounds with a diet low in flour and sugar, along with exercising at least 3 hours a week, you can significantly reduce back fat .

Eliminate those “chubby”

1. Lie face down on a yoga mat , put your arms straight forward and then, without lifting your feet, raise your back arching it and return immediately to the starting position. Do two sets of 10 reps.

2. In the same position, now put your hands on the back of your neck, lift your torso and return to the starting position. Do two sets of 15 reps.

3. Do the same exercise above but now instead of arching your back upward, arch it to one side and then to the other, as if you were trying to look behind your right side and then behind your left side. Do two sets of 10 reps.

4. Get on all fours (doggy position) and relax your back by arching it up as much as possible (like cats do), and then pushing it down (as if you were trying to touch the ground with your abdomen ). Go up and down 5 times.

5. Finally, go swimming. It is the best physical activity to maintain a strong back without accumulations of fat.

Remember that to lose back fat you must burn calories. The only way to do this is to stay in motion for a long period of time, ideally 30 to 45 minutes a day.

Other suitable exercises to combat those ugly “chubby” ones include running, biking, dancing, jumping rope, and walking.
